Telephony
Technology
Anovea's voice authentication technology is specifically
designed for the challenges of the telephone and Internet environments:
- Noisy environments. Telephone calls are often made
in the presence of noise in the connection or in the environment, for example
from payphones at airports, or from cellphones in public places. Anovea's
voice authentication technology is specifically designed to function in
the presence of noise.
- Low and variable bandwidth connections. Telephone
connections are usually low bandwidth, and different telephones have different
acoustic and electrical characteristics, which can have a first-order effect
on the performance of conventional interactive voice response (IVR) systems.
Anovea's voice authentication technology is designed to minimize these effects,
so that user's can enroll and verify on a variety of different telephones.
