The cost of a subscription plan depends on the number of active users during a billing period (30 days). The cost per user is very low, e.g. just $0.05 per user per month with the plan 20k.
You only pay for active users, i.e. users that are actually enrolled or verified during a billing period. You can have thousands of users enrolled in the system, but if you verify only 200 or them per month, you only have 200 active users even if you verify a different set of 200 users each month.
Users and their voiceprints are never deleted from our system. Users automatically become inactive when they are not used during a billing period and they are not counted towards your subscription.
